At The Green Market, we want to guarantee customer satisfaction. In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unopened and untampered with.
• Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or altered.
• Shipping costs associated with the return will be the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a preparation error or a defective product.

PROCEDURE:

1. Contact info@thegreen-market.com indicating the order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.

2. Once the request is confirmed, instructions for shipping the product back to our facilities will be provided.

3. After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

EXCEPTIONS:

• Returns of sale or clearance products are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
